CREGO operates as a technology platform facilitating cheque collection and deposit logistics. CREGO provides cheque pickup coordination, transaction monitoring, cheque deposit coordination, and legal assistance facilitation.
CREGO is not a bank, financial institution, escrow service, or payment settlement operator. CREGO does not hold customer funds and does not act as a financial intermediary.
No Payment Guarantee
CREGO does not guarantee cheque clearance or successful payment settlement. Cheque clearing is subject to bank verification, availability of funds in the issuing account, and banking regulations.
Financial Responsibility
All financial obligations remain solely between the parties involved in the transaction, including the buyer or cheque issuer and the seller or cheque beneficiary.
CREGO does not assume financial responsibility for payment failures, cheque dishonour, or transaction disputes between users.
Bank Processing Responsibility
Cheque clearing and settlement timelines are controlled by the banking system. CREGO is not responsible for delays caused by banks, including cheque processing delays, clearing delays, or bank system issues.
Third-Party Services
CREGO may rely on courier companies, legal service platforms such as SAMA ODR, and external lawyers. These providers operate independently, and CREGO is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by these service providers.
Fraudulent or Illegal Activities
CREGO strictly prohibits fraudulent transactions, fake cheques, illegal financial activities, and identity impersonation. If such activity is detected, CREGO may suspend the user account, block platform access, or report the activity to relevant authorities when required by law.
Service Availability
CREGO may occasionally perform system maintenance or upgrades. Whenever possible, users will be informed in advance about scheduled downtime.
CREGO shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions, technical issues, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crego Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses, including financial losses between users, cheque dishonour losses, business interruption, transaction disputes, courier delays, or banking delays.
Acceptance of Risk
By using CREGO services, users acknowledge that cheque transactions involve inherent financial risk, CREGO does not guarantee payment outcomes, and users are responsible for their own financial decisions.
